Ordering

Products to be ordered are selected on the website by adding them to the shopping cart. The order is placed by paying for the contents of the shopping cart at the online store's checkout. By placing an order, you accept these terms of delivery, the prices of the products, and the shipping costs. If an email address is provided at the time of ordering, an order confirmation will be sent via email. The order confirmation will specify the ordered products and their prices.

Payment

Visma Pay (Visma Payments Oy, business ID 2486559-4) acts as the payment intermediary for the online store and is registered in the payment institution register maintained by the Financial Supervisory Authority. Payment transactions are carried out through the Visma Pay online service, and on the bank statement and invoice, the payee is listed as Visma Pay or Visma Payments Oy. Visma Pay facilitates the transfer of payments to the online merchant. The payment process is secure, as all information related to the payment transaction is transmitted using encrypted connections, preventing any external party from accessing the details of the payment transaction.

The transaction is established between the online store's customer and the online store itself. The online store is responsible for all obligations related to the transaction.

Payment methods

Through Visma Pay service, you can pay with online banking credentials, wallet, credit/debit cards, invoice, or installment. The available payment methods include: Osuuspankki, Nordea, Danske Bank, Oma Säästöpankki, Säästöpankki, Aktia, Local Cooperative Banks, S-Pankki, Handelsbanken, Ålandsbanken, MobilePay, Masterpass, Pivo, Visa, Visa Debit, Visa Electron, MasterCard, and Debit MasterCard, as well as Jousto, Alisa Invoice, and Alisa Business Invoice. Note that you can only pay with a card payment outside of Finland.

MobilePay: You can pay with your MobilePay wallet if you have allowed online payments in the app settings. Payments made with the MobilePay wallet will be charged to the linked payment card. If charging the card fails, paying with the MobilePay wallet is not possible in the online store.

Jousto invoice and installment is a domestic service that allows you to make your purchases quickly and safely. Jousto is intended for individuals who have managed their finances impeccably. With Jousto, you get a 30-day interest-free and cost-free payment period. Upon receiving the invoice, you can decide whether to pay it in full or in installments. With installment payments, you can pay for your purchases in up to 36 installments, starting from 9.90 eur/month. The costs of Jousto installment payments are 3.90 eur/month, and there is a 19.90% credit interest rate. You can use Jousto for purchases ranging from 30 to 3000 euros. OP Invoice – Flexible way to pay for online purchases. For customers of all banks. With OP Invoice, you can make purchases of up to 5,000 euros and pay them off interest-free within 45 days. If you wish, you can split the invoice into multiple payments. Your purchases are visible in one place, making it easy to keep track of your spending. With a credit limit, you can control your consumption within desired limits. You conveniently receive invoices via email. In our online service, you can view information about your use of OP Invoice and the total amount of your purchases. Alisa Invoice is a flexible and secure payment method. This payment method is suitable for all consumers over 20 years old for all types of purchases. Delivery

Tilauksia postitetaan arkipäivisin. Varastosta toimitettavien tuotteiden toimitusaika on yleensä 3-5 arkipäivää. Mikäli toimitettavat tuotteet ovat tilaustuotteita, toimitusaika on yleensä 1-3 viikkoa. Ennakkotilaukset toimitetaan annettuna päivänä. Toimituskulut määräytyvät valitun toimitustavan, mahdollisten lisäpalvelujen, tilauksen painon ja koon mukaan. Näet toimituskulut verkkokaupan kassatoiminnossa ennen tilauksen lopullista hyväksymistä.

Mikäli tuote on kadonnut tai vioittunut toimituksen aikana, tulee tästä ilmoittaa viipymättä, mutta kuitenkin 14 vuorokauden kuluessa verkkokaupalle. Toimituksessa vioittuneista paketeista tulee viipymättä ilmoittaa toimituksesta vastanneelle yhtiölle.

Deliveries to EU area are 17 € per delivery.

Returns

The online store customer has a 14-day exchange and return right in accordance with consumer protection laws. The customer has the right to exchange or return all or part of the ordered products. The products to be returned or exchanged must be in their original packaging and in saleable condition. If you wish to return or exchange products, please contact the online store first and inquire about the return instructions. Please include your name, contact information, and your bank account number for possible refunds with your return. We charge the return costs from the client.

Remember to save a receipt or document your returned package until the return has been processed.

Cancellation of Order, Liability for Defects, and Complaints

The order is possible to cancel before delivery by a written notice via email.

The online store has a statutory liability for defects in the sold products. In case of complaints, we request you to contact our customer service. The consumer has the right to bring any potential disputes to be resolved by the Consumer Disputes Board.
